We are currently seeking a talented individual for our Hebrew Speaking Travel Support Advisor position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer support to travelers, ensuring seamless trip experiences.
- Resolve complex travel-related inquiries including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
- Represent a major integral brand by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication in Hebrew.
- Collaborate with international teams within the travel industry to streamline service delivery.
- Maintain high quality standards for travel consultation while meeting daily performance metrics.
- Handle real-time travel disruptions with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Native or fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Previous experience in the travel industry, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping travelers navigate their journeys.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Strong proficiency in computer literacy and CRM software usage.
