For this reason, we are looking for a part-time position, with the possibility of gradually expanding the scope of the role as the organization grows.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for coordinating the operational, financial, and administrative matters of our foundation,



including:Coordinating accounting documentation and communicating with external accountants.Being in coordination with lawyers, tax advisors, payroll providers, and other external partners.Providing support on legal, corporate, and regulatory compliance matters.Reviewing invoices, payments, cash flow, and basic financial reports.Coordinating payroll, vacation time, sick leave, and HR administration.Providing general administrative and operational support as needed on a day-to-day basis.RequirementsWe would like you to have:Experience in administration, finance, accounting coordination, or operations in Spain.Ability to communicate effectively with external advisors and service providers.Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of reliability.Independence, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.Good level of Spanish and English.What do we offer?We offer you:27.600€ gross per yearA part-time position in Madrid.Flexibility in how you organize your work.An inde
