- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial accounts in Holded or Odoo daily
- Own the administrative dealflow for onboarding new clients
- Process provider payments accurately and on time
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting for clients and investors
- Partner with senior Finance team members to maintain smooth financial processes
- Identify and propose bookkeeping process improvements
- Take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative operations while working closely with the Head of Finance

Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
- Comfortable building structure where none exists yet
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar admin role is nice to have but not required
- Fluent English
- Fluent/native Spanish
