Responsabilidades
Own strategic transformation projects end-to-end (3–12 months) with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
Lead strategy scoping, workstream definition, and accountability for results
Conduct data-driven analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and diagnose challenges
Assess opportunities for new markets, partnerships, or M&A; targets based on impact
Influence senior leaders, align stakeholders, and manage risks across initiatives




Translate ambiguity into clear scopes and action plans and manage parallel workstreams
Prepare data-backed narratives for leadership and the board, delivering clear recommendations
Requisitos principales
7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth tech or marketplace contexts
Proven track record of delivering strategic projects from scope to delivery
Strong commercial acumen with understanding of marketplaces, monetization, and growth mechanics
Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with ability to structure problems and link insights to outcomes
Outstanding influencing skills to build buy-in across functions and xhfqzwm manage competing interests
Excellent executive presence and communication (written and verbal) in high-stakes settings
AI fluency with practical use of AI to accelerate analysis and strategy
Action-oriented with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving decisions
