We are looking for a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
with hands-on experience in
Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focused on the development and integration of solutions within the
Copilot Service Workspace .You will join an international digital banking environment, contributing to the evolution of customer service and channel integration platforms built on Microsoft technologies.The role combines Dynamics customization, frontend development, and advanced integration work within modern CRM ecosystems.What you'll do
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutionsDevelop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service WorkspaceImplement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrationsDevelop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScriptWork with Microsoft APM SDK for embedded application integrationsCollaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionalityEnsure performance, maintainability, and usability of implemented solutionsParticipate in agile ceremonies and collaborative delivery processesWhat we're looking for




Proven hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Practical experience with:
Copilot Service WorkspaceChannel Integration Framework (CIF)Microsoft APM SDK
Strong experience developing:
JavaScript within Dynamics environments
Experience working with:
embedded/integrated applications inside Dynamicscontainer-based integration approaches
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)Familiarity with Jira or similar collaboration toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously in integration-heavy environmentsNice to have
TypeScript experienceExperience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365Understanding of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applicationsWork model
