We are seeking a driven, market-oriented Therapy Development Manager to accelerate adoption of aortic therapies and unlock new growth opportunities across priority segments and countries in Western Europe. The role translates strategy into practical, field-ready programs and leads execution with regional, global, cross-functional, and external partners.

Therapy Development & Market Growth Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Identify and develop growth opportunities across therapies, segments, and markets. Build and execute market development plans and strategic initiatives aligned with regional and global priorities. Digital Solutions Development Lead the planning and execution of Digital Solutions initiatives across Western Europe. Partner with regional and integral stakeholders to drive adoption, implementation, and business impact. Launch Planning & Execution Lead product launch planning and readiness activities for Western Europe. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and successful launch execution.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
