We are currently recruiting a Procurement Intern to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a general team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.
Responsabilities
- Contribute to the compliance and implementation of the procedures of Purchases
- Coordination and organization of activities with the purchasing team
- Relationship with suppliers and internal customer
- Searching and approval of potential suppliers
- Request for offers, comparisons, negotiation, adjudication and processing of contracts and / or purchases orders
- Analyzing contracts
- Creating Purchases Order in the ERP System




- Follow-up of orders approved until the material is delivered or the service is contracted.

Education
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Economics

Experience & Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- SAP Knowledge or other ERP
- Analytical skills
- Teamwork
- Proactive
- Communication
