The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, recruiting across EMEA with a focus on GTM and sales roles. The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) and a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The idóneo candidate will bring 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proven ability to partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and improve processes to deliver quality hires quickly.
