We are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to join our HR team for an approximate period of 6 months , supporting the different areas of Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience throughout the employee lifecycle within a professional hospitality environment.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, training, employee engagement and HR compliance.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented and people-oriented, with a collaborative attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate, complete and up to date. Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and follow-up. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes,



ensuring that all required documentation and procedures are properly completed. Support the preparation and management of employee documentation, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times. Assist with the management and updating of HR systems and employee databases. Support the coordination and administration of training and development activities, including scheduling, communication with participants and maintaining training records. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication, contributing to a positive employee experience. Support the HR team with HR compliance, ensuring that employee documentation and processes are complete, accurate and aligned with internal policies and applicable legal requirements.
