Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid model) Working hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week Contract: Replacement contract Salary: €20,000 gross per year Start date: Immediate Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid Your role Handle and manage inquiries from high-profile customers Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools Represent a premium automotive brand while ensuring the highest quality standards What we offer Full-time replacement contract with continuity opportunities Monday to Friday schedule, 8-hour shifts between 07:30 and 20:00 Fully paid initial training (3 weeks),
