An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Director, Material Sales - Europe to join the Boeing team in Amsterdam , Madrid, Hamburg, Frankfurt (Neu-Isenburg), Paris or London .
This position is hybrid. Manage, develop, motivate, and coach a team of professional sales personnel in planning and executing sales campaigns and activities to sell the company’s offerings.
Achieve team sales targets and Long Range Business Plans (LRBP) through new business development, growth of existing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with company products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with commercial aerospace customers, suppliers, peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with Boeing business units to leverage the most efficient and effective sales strategies.
10+ years of sales experience in the aviation industry
~ In-depth industry knowledge of aerospace materials planning, sourcing, purchasing, and procurement processes
~ Bachelor’s degree
