What You'll Do

- Identify and engage prospective business clients through inbound and outbound activities
- Generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and social selling
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored AI-powered advertising solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM platforms
- Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions

What We’re Looking For

Required

- Native or C1-level German
- English level B2 or higher
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or related commercial roles




- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

- Experience within digital marketing, online advertising, PPC, SEO, or AdTech
- Understanding of AI, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions
- Experience engaging with decision-makers and business stakeholders
