Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer to co-lead the strategy, adoption, and delivery of intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 RTCC, Workplace AI assistants, and automation.

You will drive modern workplace experiences for a integral workforce, while ensuring security, compliance, and governance requirements are met. This role is based in a hybrid setup with a strong focus on data-informed decisions.
