Your Tasks * Develop, maintain and continuously improve the schedules for the assigned Construction packages, ensuring alignment with project execution strategies and programme objectives * Review contractor schedules, monitor progress and challenge scheduling assumptions where necessary to ensure realistic and achievable delivery plans * Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, milestone status and recovery scenarios to support construction management and project management decision-making * Coordinate scheduling interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, commissioning and other project stakeholders * Support weekly and monthly scheduling meetings, providing clear schedule analyses and recommendations * Identify scheduling risks, delays and opportunities, supporting the development of practical recovery strategies * Work closely with the IMS Scheduling Specialist to ensure alignment between package schedules and the Client Integrated Master Schedule Your Profile * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Industrial,



Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline. * Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling within large EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects * Proven experience managing construction schedules for complex building or infrastructure packages * Experience working with EPC Contractors in industrial construction environments * Previous experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, logistics, energy or similar industrial projects is considered an advantage * Familiarity with FIDIC contract environments is desirable * English and Spanish — Professional working proficiency (mandatory), German — Advantageous We offer * Participation in interesting, challenging and future-shaping projects nationally and internationally * Versátil working hours environment with modern digital tools * Targeted further development of your methodological toolset and personal competencies * Distinctive team
