You will work closely with Sales, Credit Management, Customer Service, and Finance stakeholders to resolve payment challenges, improve collection outcomes, and contribute to a high-performing Quote-to-Cash process. What your day will look like * Manage assigned customer portfolios to achieve collection targets and support cash flow optimization.



* Execute and monitor end-to-end collection and dunning activities, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue balances. * Investigate and resolve complex payment allocation issues, including unapplied and unidentified receipts. * Collaborate with Sales, Credit Management, and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes, deductions, and payment barriers. * Analyze Accounts Receivable ageing, identify collection risks, and implement structured action plans to reduce overdue debt. * Prepare portfolio performance reports and contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency. What you’ll bring * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Management, or a similar Finance function. * Experience working with SAP S/4HANA; knowledge of FSCM and automated dunning tools is an advantage. * Strong analytical, problem-
