Role Description

The Director of Services is a full-time,



remote role responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing success of CoreFi’s services across client implementations and operations. This role oversees service strategy, customer onboarding, and end-to-end service execution to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for financial institution partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service delivery teams, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders. The Director of Services monitors performance metrics, addresses escalations, and drives continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, service reliability, and operational efficiency. The role also involves developing training programs, standard operating procedures, and service playbooks that support scale, as well as contributing to budgeting, resource planning, and long-term services roadmap decisions.
