The Opportunity

As a Deal Operations Analyst at Flywire, you will help power our commercial engine by executing accurate, compliant quotes and ensuring seamless quote-to-order workflows. You will apply defined pricing frameworks and CPQ processes with high precision, escalate exceptions when required, and maintain data integrity across systems to support accurate forecasting and revenue recognition.

In addition to day-to-day quoting mechanics, you will support our RFP operations by coordinating pricing proposals, gathering compliance documentation, and managing legal reviews. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in data quality, values accuracy, and enjoys removing operational friction for Sale
