Role Description The Sales Partner role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Palma, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role focuses on sourcing, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities across Mallorca’s premium property market, including managing a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends and investment potential, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating the sales process from initial contact to completion. The Sales Partner will build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and local stakeholders, contribute to bespoke marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience. This position requires proactive prospecting, regular follow-up, accurate documentation, and consistent use of CRM tools to manage accounts and pipeline.
