We are looking for a Brand and Creative Specialist to propel our e-commerce brand into a position of clear market leadership. In a highly saturated online retail environment, this individual will be instrumental in building a distinctive, relevant, and memorable brand that stays top-of-mind for shoppers at every stage of the purchase journey, from inspiration to checkout.
This isn't just about advertising; it's about creating real impact, elevating brand differentiation and maximizing our ability to drive traffic, demand and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the creative vision for the brand, ensuring a clear, differentiated and consistent positioning that stands out from other e-commerce players and retailers.
- Translate brand strategy into powerful creative ideas and territories that drive brand awareness, consideration and ad recall, exploring new cultural spaces to elevate the brand.
- Define and evolve the brand's messaging architecture, tailoring messages to each phase of the funnel, each audience and each stage of the customer journey.




- Own the brand's visual and verbal identity (including key brand assets) and ensure its consistency across all customer touchpoints: ads, social, website, app, product pages, emails and post-purchase experience.
- Be the expert in building AI-powered creative production systems across the brand: design and own the workflows, prompts, custom models, templates and guidelines that allow the team to produce on-brand assets at scale (campaign adaptations, social content, banners, product and category visuals), ensuring brand consistency in every piece.
- Support the creative development of 360o campaigns (ATL, digital, social, CRM, onsite and branded content), ensuring creative excellence at every touchpoint.
- Lead communication plans for new launches and key commercial moments (seasonal campaigns, sales periods, Black Friday, etc.).
- Measure, iterate and optimize creative effectiveness based on performance insights
