Glovo is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to own and improve our end-to-end onboarding experience across HQ and international markets. You will design engaging sessions, align content with Glovo's values, and drive general learning initiatives with a data-driven approach.
Leverage collaboration with People teams and business leaders to identify needs, roll out programs, and automate communications. A strong focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging will guide all learning experiences.
