The RMT process is fully integrated with design, development and verification processes.
One of the main functions and roles of Testability is to participate in development activities to ensure "Design to Services" and A/C proper maturity.
The main responsibilities are: As part of V&V; process, establish and agree with the Design Office and Suppliers the Testability Requirements and ensure that they are implemented in the design.
Perform/asess Testability Analysis and produce/assess engineering design documentation (FMECA, Failure Catalogue, BIT BITE Detailed Description Document,



RAMT Report )Attend Design Reviews with Design Office and CustomersRepresentation of Testability discipline within multi-disciplinary design teams. Link to Design Offices (concurrent engineering) and Suppliers regarding Testability issues (requirements, deliverables)As part of V&V; process,.
support verification activities (Laboratory test, Flight Test analysis, In-Service analysis) for Testability activities.
Support to other areas in Customer Services (ILS, Technical Publications, Materiel Services)Responsible for Testability data in Logistics Data BasesSupport to the offers preparation.
