About the Role
Our client seeks a Gerente de Proyectos Técnicos Remoto with deep knowledge in software development and system implementation. You will be responsible for leading engineering teams in delivering innovative technological products and solutions, managing the entire project life cycle in a fully remote environment. Your ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear and effective action plans will be fundamental. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full software development and technology project life cycle, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to define technical and scope requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for technological initiatives.
- Supervise team progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate technical problem resolution.




- Implement and optimize agile development processes and project management methodologies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Gerente de Proyectos Técnicos, with at least 5 years in management roles.
- Strong technical background in software development, system architectures, or related fields.
- Solid experience managing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication skills and ability to motivate remote teams.
- Understanding of challenges and best practices in distributed technology project management.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field.
