We are looking for a Spa & Recreation Trainee to join our team for an approximate period of 6 months , supporting the day-to-day operations of our Spa & Recreation department and gaining hands-on experience in guest service, wellness and recreational activities within a professional hospitality environment.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of Spa & Recreation operations, from guest interaction and reservations to activity coordination, operational procedures and the overall wellness experience.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, service-oriented and detail-focused, with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in wellness, recreation and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Spa & Recreation team with the day-to-day operations of the department. Welcome and assist guests, providing a warm, professional and personalized service throughout their experience. Assist with spa and recreational activity reservations,



managing bookings and ensuring that guest requests are properly recorded and followed up. Provide guests with accurate information regarding spa treatments, facilities, activities, schedules and services. Support the coordination and organization of recreational and wellness activities, ensuring they are properly prepared and communicated to guests. Assist with the preparation and set-up of spa and recreation areas, ensuring that facilities are clean, organized and ready for use. Monitor the availability of amenities, equipment and supplies, communicating any needs or shortages to the relevant team members. Support the team in maintaining quality, hygiene, safety and operational standards across the Spa & Recreation areas. Assist with the coordination of guest requests and work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
