About the Role
Infront is growing, and we are investing in strengthening our position in the Iberian market. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in that growth and help shape our commercial presence in the region.
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales and Business Development Executive to win new business across Iberia. Based in Madrid, you will build a strong pipeline and develop long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, brokers, asset managers, wealth managers and fintechs.
You will bring a broad portfolio to the market, spanning Data & Investment Intelligence, Trading & Investor Solutions, and Wealth & Portfolio Solutions. This lets you offer clients complete solutions, from market data, analytics and APIs to digital trading platforms and wealth management technology.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Southern Europe, you will own opportunities from first contact to close, with the freedom to develop your market and build strategic partnerships. In return,



you will join an established European fintech at an exciting stage of growth, with significant autonomy, senior management exposure and an attractive performance-based commission scheme.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic new business opportunities across Iberia. Prospect, qualify and pursue new clients from first contact through to contract signature. Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges and identify where Infront can create value. Translate client needs into compelling Infront solutions across data, trading and wealth technology. Lead complex opportunities end to end, including solution design and commercial negotiation. Coordinate product, technology and implementation specialists to deliver solutions for prospective clients.
