You will be reporting to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners..Key Responsibilities:· Partner Identification: Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals. Research and assess market trends to discover partners that could enhance Autodesk's ecosystem.· Partner Recruitment: Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential partners. Communicate Autodesk's value proposition to engage and secure partnerships effectively.· Onboarding and Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early successes. Provide partners with necessary tools, resources,



and support for effective enablement.· Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong collaboration and relationship-building within Autodesk's existing teams and new partners. Coordinate with different departments to facilitate strategic alignments and executing on planned strategies.· Performance Measurement: Develop and execute plans to monitor partner performance and success metrics.
