Greenvolt is looking for a Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead and further strengthen the Group's HSE strategy across its international operations.
Reporting to the Sustainability & Corporate HSE Director, this role will be responsible for driving HSE excellence across the business, translating strategic priorities into effective governance, standards, systems and programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding a strong culture of safety, risk management and continuous improvement while supporting Greenvolt's sustainable growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous evolution of the Group HSE strategy across businesses, projects and geographies.
- Develop and strengthen HSE governance, policies, standards and management systems, ensuring alignment with international best practices and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 requirements.
- Drive HSE performance management through KPIs, reporting, risk management, audits and assurance programmes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements while promoting a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
- Partner with business leaders and operational teams to embed HSE into decision‑making, project development and day‑to‑day operations.
- Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across the Group's international operation
