Role: Workplace Administrator – Microsoft 365

Contractual profile: MECES Level 2 + MS-900 + minimum 1,800 hours of proven experience

Role Description The Workplace Administrator – Microsoft 365 is responsible for the administration and operational support of the Microsoft 365 environment within the DGTIC service.

The role covers the day-to-day administration, operation and support of the Microsoft 365 workplace services included in the DGTIC scope, ensuring service continuity and supporting the resolution of incidents and requests related to the platform.

The technical scope includes

Microsoft 365 administration

Microsoft Entra ID / Azure identity administration

Exchange administration

SharePoint administration

Operational management through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center





Management and follow-up of Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests

Troubleshooting and resolution of issues affecting Microsoft 365 services

Escalation and management of support cases with Microsoft when required

Coordination with the other members of the DGTIC Workplace team

Compliance with the operational procedures and service requirements defined for the DGTIC contract

On-site support at the customer premises in Valencia when required

Mandatory Requirements

MECES Level 2 university qualification

Microsoft MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification

Minimum 1,800 hours of proven experience

Availability to work from Valencia and attend the customer premises when required
