In this role, you investigate and report suspicious activities to protect Qonto’s German client base from financial crime. Based in Belgrade, you’ll collaborate with the Lead AFC Germany u0026amp; CDD to ensure high-quality reporting under German AML/CFT rules. You’ll handle escalations from the monitoring team and help strengthen investigation processes as Qonto scales its German operations.

This role offers hands-on, impactful work in a growing AFC framework with a culture that values curiosity and continuous learning.

- Ensure reporting quality by describing patterns and maintaining high standards
- Handle escalations from the transaction monitoring team and assess risk
- Contribute to improving investigation processes and documentation standards for German operations xugodme

Responsabilidades

- AML/Financial Crime experience in fintech or banking
- Analytical rigor and ability to analyze complex datasets
- Ability to manage multiple cases with high quality and prioritization
- German proficiency (native or C1) and fluent English
