In this role you ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of core applications behind Verisure's smart alarm services. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges, push automation, and support a DevOps-oriented operating model. The position blends hands-on engineering with system analysis to drive reliability in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help shape scalable, secure services that customers depend on for protection.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications and services
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents to minimize disruption
- Drive automation and continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency




- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve scalability, resilience, and protection
- Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes and optimize performance
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to disaster recovery and operational best practices

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in IT Operations Support, Application xugodme Support, Service Engineering, SRE, or similar
- Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related studies
