Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Systems Operations Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. The Systems Operations Specialist will be responsible for the Operational Excellence of a group of systems/applications, performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system compliant with ISI standards.

Coordinating and scheduling backup/recovery & Performing Disaster Recovery testing

Access & identity monitoring

Coordinating (but not performing) server and database patches

Small enhancements/configuration changes to software

Coordinating software management

Interfacing/Coordinate with multiple areas of the business and IT (Functional Areas & Infrastructure)

Collecting & Processing Demands from Business Users

Performing Incident & Problem Management

Performing Change Management

Coordinating System Archiving

Must have Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills

Other languages such as German, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish a plus





Must have demonstrated understanding and experience with Infrastructure topics such as databases, servers, cloud systems, networking etc.

A demonstrated understanding of Operational Excellence ITIL v3.Data transformation and modelling using Snowflake and dbt

Good to have knowledge of data integration tools (Snaplogic)

Python and SQL (advanced)

Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK / CloudFormation) — pipelines and transformations are deployed as reusable blueprints across environments

Good Understanding of assigned application and system lead support service tasks

~ Understanding and experience working with Hardware, software, networking and databases
