In this role you guide enterprise clients through Cloud migrations and ITSM implementations within a leading Atlassian consulting firm expanding in Spain. You translate complex Atlassian ecosystems into scalable, operational solutions and empower client teams through delivery and training. You own end-to-end cloud transitions, tailor Jira and Confluence to client needs, and support pre-sales with technical direction.

Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects (Data Center to Cloud)
- Advise on ITSM best practices and workflow optimization across business units




- Configure and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud solutions
- Support pre-sales with expert input and technical guidance
- Deliver training and enablement sessions for client teams
- Collaborate across multiple clients and projects with proactive delivery

Requisitos principales

- Experience in tech consulting with multiple client accounts or enterprise xugodme workflows
- Solid ITSM and cloud consulting background
- Fluent in French and proficient in English, strong communication skills
- Hands-on problem-solving ability in varied client environments
