?The Mission

Lexidy is looking for a Brand & Content Designer to own our visual identity across both corporate and performance content, working with B2B and B2C audiences alike. Reporting to our CMO and part of the Marketing team, this is a hands-on creative role: you’ll design, shoot, edit, and help steer how the brand looks and feels everywhere it shows up.

? Tasks and Key Responsibilities

- Design graphic content for both corporate branding and performance marketing, across B2B and B2C channels
- Produce high-quality video editing for marketing and brand content
- Organise and run internal photo and video shoots
- Create and produce webinars with international teams and stakeholders, from visual design to final edit
- Own and evolve the company’s brand image, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint
- Build and maintain the visual identity of our website using WordPress
- Ensure visual and verbal consistency across channels, working closely with our community manager on tone of voice guidelines

?You have:

- 3 years of experience in graphic design, video and photography
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design, video and photo work
- Fluent English. This is essential, as you’ll work directly with international teams and stakeholders. Spanish is a plus
- Experience with brand identity projects
- Performance creative experience (ads, social formats)




- Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
- Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, CapCut
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney
