Perfect the details to design scalable and usable design patterns that drive a lasting impact, ensuring they not only meet a high bar for design quality and efficiency but also enhance efficiency and consistency across the product
Regularly present work, concepts, and new ideas to cross-functional team members, adjacent teams, and senior leadership to drive alignment, showcase design impact and influence key product decisions

Your portfolio will show that you've worked on complex and challenging technical projects across all aspects of the design process (generative and evaluative research, discovery, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, etc.)

~ Proficient in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq and/or similar design tools
~ You are comfortable owning all stages of design for multiple teams within a given product area
~ Evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, design system adherence, and ease of use to serve as a necessary quality bar before designs move to production
~ You are someone who sees design as a partner with PM and Engineering in shaping strategic and operational product and UX outcomes
~ You showcase story telling skills to communicate your design ideas to a variety of stakeholders
