NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our remote team. This entry-level role provides professional remote technical support, identifies and resolves incidents, and drives resolution to meet SLA targets.
You will use service assurance tools, maintain CI configurations, and collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery. The role emphasizes knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network troubleshooting with vendor technologies.
