POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION





Would you like to follow an accelerated track that gives you key experience across multiple business functions to prepare you for future high-impact roles at Almirall? Join our CEO Leadership Program which is designed to expose you to demanding projects, international environments, and first-class mentoring.

Program governance, sponsorship, and reporting structure

- Executive mentoring & sponsorship: the program is envisioned and ran by the CEO in direct collaboration with the GMs/VPs of the rotational areas, ensuring top-level visibility, direct mentoring and strategic support.
- Operational reporting: you will report directly to the Rotation Leaders of each assignment; these leaders change with each rotation.
- Support model: first-person mentoring and executive coaching, in a group effort between sponsors, Rotation Leaders, and the Program team. This is a privileged opportunity to accelerate your development.

Core responsibilities

- Actively participate in the Program by assuming the new temporary responsibility in each rotation.
- Participate in all activities and milestones defined in the Program.
- Develop actions aimed at creating and consolidating an internal network across areas, countries, and functions.
- Embody the cultural values of autonomy, customer - patient centricity, and results orientation, by taking accountability for your program journey and development, as well as proactively prospecting future permanent opportunities.

Program design and rotations

- Duration: 2 years with great likelihood of international exposure.
- Possible paths: 4 rotations of approximately 6 months each.




- Market Companies (MC): Spain and International.
- General Functions: Marketing, Commercial, Market Access, R&D;, Supply Chain.
- Corporate Strategy.
- Professional Experience: Exposure to demanding projects, close interaction with Senior Management (including the Management Board and CEO), coaching and support from business mentors and certified coaches, and excellent networking opportunities across the organization.

Required education and experience

- Outstanding academic background, with a postgraduate degree (PhD, MSc, etc.) in Science/Business, and an MBA.
- At least of 5 years of prior professional experience.
- Languages: proficiency in English and Spanish, plus at least one additional European language.

Preferred skills & leadership style

- Willingness to relocate outside of Spain during the program (and potentially beyond).
- Strategic, entrepreneurial and winning mindset, with analytical and innovative thinking.
- Agile learner with a passion for results, able to inspire and mobilize others beyond hierarchical lines.
- Experience in matrix environments, with initiative, adaptability, and a bold, creative, change-driven mindset
