In this executive role, you will shape the Global Individual Health customer experience and lead a multi-year transformation to scale operations, technology and care delivery for a rapidly growing international business. You will work with senior stakeholders to design a differentiated service proposition and ensure the organization delivers superior customer outcomes. The role emphasizes governance, performance metrics and continuous improvement through automation and data-driven decision making.

You’ll partner across global teams to drive growth, operational excellence and a customer-obsessed culture.

Responsabilidades

- Significant experience leading teams in global and matrixed environments
- Proven track record enhancing the complete customer experience
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience (internal and external)
- Strategic thinker with technical knowledge and delivery xugodme history
- Strong understanding of retail business models
- Experience in healthcare, consumer finance or similar regulated environments (preferred)
- MBA or equivalent degree (preferred)
- Successful track record leading large-scale transformation and operational change
- Strong financial and commercial acumen balancing customer experience with performance
- Experience guiding complex organizations through growth, change and modernization
