In this role, you will lead senior banking partnerships to turn strategic challenges into high-value transformation engagements. You’ll shape opportunities, build investment cases, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes. You will leverage data, AI, cloud, and modernisation capabilities to drive banking change at scale. Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in consulting, banking, technology transformation, or professional services with senior leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of banking value chains (retail, corporate, payments, risk, compliance, digital channels, data, core banking).
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act, GDPR, security, sovereignty, and third-party risk.
- Proven track record building trusted C-level relationships and generating demand.
- Experience in major transformation programmes and understanding of data and AI (incl. generative and agentic AI), cloud, modernisation, automation, or enterprise platforms. xugodme
