About the role
Bloom , a digital agency specialized in women’s health, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Data Activation Manager to bridge our healthcare professional (DTP) and consumer (DTC) marketing efforts through data. This is not a channel execution role — data is the ingredient, insights are the output, and the technical teams execute.
The core of this role is HCP intelligence: synthesizing signals from programmatic vendors, field force CRM, and digital behavior to give the medical side an unfair advantage. The DTC layer — consumer lifecycle, omnichannel activation, audience segmentation — builds on top of that foundation and can be developed on the job by the right candidate.
What you’ll do
DTC — Consumer engagement & activation
- Map and optimize the full omnichannel ecosystem (paid media, organic, web, email, influencer) to capture meaningful consumer signals at every touchpoint
- Build and manage customer lifecycle strategies and retargeting logic based on web behavior, campaign engagement and on-site actions
- Drive customer engagement by translating behavioral data into audience segments ready for paid media activation
- Work closely with paid media and data teams to ensure every channel generates actionable intelligence, not just traffic
DTP — HCP intelligence & CRM enablement
- Synthesize data from digital vendors, programmatic platforms and web analytics to build HCP audience profiles
- Package and structure this intelligence in a format that feeds directly into the medical reps’ CRM, enabling more informed and efficient field conversations
- Collaborate with the field force to understand what information they need and close the loop between digital signals and in-person engagement
- Identify patterns in HCP behavior (content consumed, topics searched, touchpoints engaged) and translate them into actionable rep briefings
A day in the life
- Reviewing last week’s web behavior data and identifying which consumer segments showed intent signals → building a retargeting audience for the paid media team to activate this week
- Pulling HCP engagement data from programmatic vendors (Doximity, PulsePoint) + web visits to the HCP site → packaging a briefing for the field force: “These 40 OBGYNs in Texas engaged with the efficacy content three times in the last 30 days — prioritize them this week”
- Sitting in a campaign review with paid media to explain why a customer segment is underperforming and recommending an audience adjustment — not just flagging it, but proposing the fix
- Syncing with the CRM team to ensure HCP intelligence is structured in a way that loads into Synergistix and is usable by reps in the field
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry — hard requirement
- Proven experience on the DTP / HCP side within pharma — this is the non-negotiable core of the role. DTC consumer marketing can be developed on the job.
- Understanding of HCP data ecosystems: programmatic vendors (Doximity, PulsePoint), field force CRM dynamics, physician targeting and engagement data
- Omnichannel marketing mindset — ability to read signals across multiple channels and translate them into a coherent activation plan
- Solid understanding of the full digital funnel: paid media, SEO, web analytics, CRM, retargeting, customer lifecycle
- Experience working with data from multiple sources (GA4, ad platforms, programmatic vendors) and synthesizing it into clear outputs
- Understanding of MLR processes, pharma compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Synergistix or similar HCP/field force CRM platforms.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) — role operates in US Eastern hours
- Based in Spain
Nice to have
- Women’s health background
- Experience in retention marketing or consumer lifecycle activation (DTC side)
- US pharma compliance knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce or similar consumer CRM platforms
Why this role is different You won’t be executing campaigns — you’ll be making every campaign smarter.
Your primary impact is on the HCP side: turning complex data from vendors, field CRM, and digital behavior into physician-level intelligence that gives the medical team a real edge. On the consumer side, you bring that same analytical discipline to audience segmentation, lifecycle activation, and omnichannel signal reading. You are the intelligence layer that connects both worlds — and the right candidate will own the DTP side from day one while growing into the full scope of the role.
