We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead the evolution, optimization, and governance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform across a fast-growing, international organization operating in multiple countries.

This role will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation of finance and accounting processes, supporting the development of a scalable shared services model, and ensuring standardized business processes across all locations. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT, helping the organization leverage technology to improve efficiency, controls, reporting quality, and business insight.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Leadership & Governance

- Own the general Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central roadmap and strategy.
- Lead ERP projects, upgrades, system enhancements, and rollouts across multiple countries and business units.
- Manage relationships with external implementation partners, consultants, and software vendors.
- Ensure system stability, security, compliance, and performance.

Finance Transformation & Digitalization





- Drive the digitalization and automation of accounting, reporting, and finance processes.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and increase efficiency through workflow automation.
- Support the standardization of finance processes across the Group.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, controls, and reporting capabilities.

Shared Services Optimization

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of a shared services operating model.
- Design and optimize end-to-end finance processes including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Intercompany accounting and consolidation
- Fixed assets
- Month-end close
- Ensure consistency of processes and controls across regions and legal entities.

International ERP Management

- Coordinate ERP activities across multiple countries and business locations.
- Support local finance teams while maintaining global standards and governance.
- Manage local regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements within the ERP environment.
- Lead international deployment and harmonization projects.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams.
- Translate business requirements into effective systems solutions.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to key users and process owners.
- Promote adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Analytics





- Enhance management reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting through system improvements.
- Ensure reliable and timely access to business-critical information for management teams.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years managing ERP platforms in complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- Experience digitalizing finance and accounting processes.
- Experience in international, multi-country organizations.
- Highly desirable: prior experience supporting or implementing a Shared Services Center (SSC).
- Deep understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, workflows, and data management.
- Advantage: Power Platform, Power BI, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with process automation and digital transformation.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
