Your Responsibilities

- Commissioning of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and automation systems for Air Separation Units

- Execution of loop checks, instrumentation testing, and functional verification of field devices and actuators

- Performance of Cause & Effect tests and control system validation

- Support and execution of Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)

- Commissioning and tuning of process control loops

- Troubleshooting and resolution of control system and automation issues

- Support cold and hot commissioning phases through plant start-up

- Close collaboration with Process, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation,



and Project Management teams

- Documentation of commissioning activities, test reports, and punch list management

- Training of customer operations and maintenance personnel

- Support plant performance testing and final handover activities

Your Profile

- Degree or technical qualification in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline

- Several years of experience in commissioning industrial process plants

- Proven experience with Air Separation Units (ASUs), industrial gases, or cryogenic facilities is highly desirable

- Strong hands-on experience with DCS platforms such as:

- ABB Freelance

- Siemens PCS 7

- (Emerson DeltaV

- Yokogawa CENTUM VP)

- Sound knowledge of instrumentation, process control, and automation engineering

- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex process systems

- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

- Willingness to travel internationally for extended project assignment
