As a Reseller / SMB Account Representative, you will manage and grow a portfolio of reseller, VAR, and SMB customers across the UKI market. Working closely with reseller sales teams and end customers, you will drive revenue growth through account development, opportunity creation, and consultative selling of Lenovo's portfolio of devices, accessories, services, and solutions. This role combines channel sales, account management, and business development in a fast-paced environment.Your Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of reseller, VAR, and SMB accounts, driving revenue, retention, and customer development. Build strong relationships with reseller owners, sales managers, account managers, and key stakeholders. Identify, develop,



and close new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and reseller partnerships. Educate and enable reseller sales teams on Lenovo products, promotions, and value propositions. Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution recommendation, pricing, quoting, negotiation, and closing. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities. Conduct regular business reviews and account planning to support long-term account growth and customer retention. Deliver an excellent customer experience by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and support successful outcomes.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience with reseller, channel, VAR, or SMB customer relationships in a sales or account management environment.
