Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid, responsible for supporting healthcare initiatives and providing guidance grounded in medical and emergency care expertise. Day-to-day tasks include assessing healthcare needs, offering evidence-based recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams and success partners to develop health-related programs and training materials.

The role involves communicating complex medical and healthcare concepts in clear,



accessible language and coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.

The Healthcare

Specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, document procedures, and support educational sessions that promote health, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess healthcare and medical knowledge, including experience in Medicine and general Healthcare practices.
- Candidates should possess emergency response skills, such as EMT training or equivalent emergency medical training.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication abilities to explain medical information clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design and deliver healthcare education, workshops, or instructional sessions.
- Relevant academic background in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or a related healthcare field is beneficial.
- Experience working in clinical, emergency care, or health program settings is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Madrid, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (such as Spanish) are highly beneficial.
