As Health, Safety u0026amp; Security Manager, you will lead the HSS agenda across Spain and Morocco, aligning shore operations with Spanish-flagged vessels. You will translate global strategies into practical actions, drive compliance and continuous improvement, and foster a proactive safety culture across ports, warehouses and offices. You’ll collaborate with local leadership, DPA and the Integral HSS team to protect people, assets and operations.

This role offers international exposure and a meaningful impact on safety performance.

- Lead the HSS strategy across Spain and Morocco and promote a safety-first culture
- Advise local management on HSS matters and ensure alignment with shore and vessel operations
- Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk register, and manage corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and perform audits, inspections and workplace assessments




- Deliver HSS training programmes and run awareness campaigns
- Support investigations of accidents and incidents and promote lessons learned
- Manage incidents and actions via safety management systems and maintain procedures
- Support reporting, performance monitoring through KPIs and stakeholder collaboration
- Collaborate with Marine Standards and DPA to unify ship and shore safety standards
- Build relationships with managers, employees, contractors, authorities and external partners
- Support cross-functional initiatives integrating safety xugodme into daily operations

Responsabilidades

- 3-5 years of experience in Health, Safety u0026 Security roles
- Strong knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation
- Experience conducting risk assessments and hazard identification
- Experience in audits, compliance management and incident investigations
- Stakeholder management in complex operations
- Experience in port, maritime, logistics or warehousing environments (advantage)
