HR Business Partner – T&D; (MV & HV)

We are looking for a hands-on and business-driven HR Business Partner to support our Transmission & Distribution (T&D;) business (MV & HV) in a standalone environment. This is a key role partnering directly with business leaders, combining strategic impact with operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

HR Business Partnering

- Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and leadership team, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Support annual HR cycles: performance reviews, salary reviews, and talent discussions.
- Drive the local implementation of regional HR initiatives, policies, and programs.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, agencies, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

HR Operations

- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, changes, transfers, and offboarding.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and timely updates.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and attendance with external providers or shared services.




- Prepare employment documentation and ensure administrative excellence.

Employee Relations & Compliance

- Handle employee relations topics with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Support disciplinary processes, performance improvement plans, and exits.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor law and internal policies.
- Liaise with legal advisors and external HR partners when needed.

HR Reporting & Projects

- Deliver HR reports, headcount analysis, and workforce data.
- Support HR budgeting and people analytics.
- Participate in regional/general HR projects and drive continuous improvement locally.
- Promote a positive employee experience and engagement culture.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in T&D; or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to work in a standalone HR role with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
