SHORT DESCRIPTION

BETBY is growing fast across multiple locations, teams and countries, and we are looking for a HR Project Manager who can turn ideas into well-run, visible and impactful initiatives.

This role sits within the People team and will initially have a strong focus on Learning & Development project management. You will coordinate several company-wide manager development programmes delivered together with external training providers, ensuring that everything works end to end: planning, communication, participant management, logistics, delivery, feedback and follow-up.

Alongside L&D; projects, you will support and gradually own selected Employer Brand and People initiatives, helping us strengthen how BETBY is experienced by employees and represented to external talent.

This is a hands-on project role. We need someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders without waiting to be reminded what needs to happen next.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Learning & Development projects

- Project-manage BETBY’s manager development programmes delivered with external learning providers.
- Coordinate several learning cohorts running in parallel, typically as structured three-month programmes.
- Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, milestones and ownership.
- Act as the main coordination point between external providers, participants, managers and the People team.
- Manage participant nominations, invitations, calendars, attendance and programme communications.
- Ensure materials, sessions, logistics and online/offline arrangements are prepared on time.
- Track attendance, engagement, completion and participant feedback.
- Identify risks or delays early and drive resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and status reporting for the People team and relevant stakeholders.
- Support evaluation of programme effectiveness and consolidate learnings for future editions.
- Ensure that each programme feels like a coherent BETBY experience rather than a series of disconnected training sessions.

Employer Brand & People projects

- Coordinate selected employer brand initiatives together with People and Marketing.
- Support employee stories, employer brand campaigns, career-related content and other talent-facing initiatives.
- Coordinate participation in relevant employer branding activities, partnerships, awards and events where applicable.
- Support internal People campaigns and initiatives that strengthen employee experience and engagement.




- Help translate People projects into clear, engaging communication for employees.
- Keep projects moving across People, Marketing, managers and external partners.
- Maintain project calendars, timelines, deliverables and follow-up.

Project management



- Own project execution from brief to completion.
- Structure ambiguous requests into clear plans and next steps.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on responsibilities, deadlines and decisions.
- Provide concise project updates, highlighting progress, risks and decisions needed.
- Build simple and repeatable processes rather than managing every project manually from scratch.
- Ensure commitments are followed through and projects are properly closed, including results and lessons learned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3–6+ years of experience in project management, HR/People, Learning & Development, Employer Brand, internal communications or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience independently coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with external vendors or training providers.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several parallel workstreams without losing control of deadlines or dependencies.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, managers and external partners.
- Good judgement and ability to distinguish what requires escalation from what can simply be solved.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment where priorities may change.
- Strong ownership mentality: you notice gaps, follow through and make sure things actually happen.

Nice to have

- Experience managing corporate learning or leadership-development programmes.
- Employer branding or internal communications experience.
- Experience in a tech, product or international company.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday or similar.
- Experience working across multiple offices and remote teams.
