Job Description
- Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead, develop and inspire international sales teams across multiple regions, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Assume full commercial responsibility for revenues, profitability,



budgets and sales performance within the assigned scope.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key international markets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with major customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Drive commercial negotiations and oversee large-scale, complex sales campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer requirements to support business development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial objectives.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in senior international sales leadership roles within the Industry & Defence sector or other complex engineering-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multicultural and geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Strong experience with P&L; ownership, budget management and delivery of profitable growth.
