The Job:
- Provide telephone and email support to assigned distributors and to the sales team, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Manage customer orders in SAP, including order entry, modifications, and cancellations, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Share information with customers regarding product availability, pricing, technical features, and order status.




- Monitor orders from placement through delivery to help ensure prompt supply and invoicing with minimal disruption.
- Handle customer claims, order issues, and service incidents quickly and effectively, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain customer master data and pricing information accurately within internal systems.
- Support the achievement of customer satisfaction goals by delivering reliable and solution-oriented service.
- Partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth communication and strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to billing accuracy and operational efficiency for assigned distributors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide coverage during absences and peak workload periods.

The Person:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service, business support, order management, or similar administrative role with direct customer interaction.
- Professional proficiency in English is required
