As Lead Data Engineer in the Performance Marketing team, you will build scalable data infrastructures that empower AI-driven growth. You will shape the data ecosystem, collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions. The role blends hands-on development with strategic roadmap work in a fast-paced Agile environment. You’ll influence technical choices that drive business value and partner with cross-functional teams globally.

- End-to-end project delivery in multi-stakeholder environments (Data Science, Product, Marketing)
- Agile/Scrum experience with iterative development
- Mentorship and feedback skills including code reviews and data-model deep dives xugodme
- Strategic communication across technical and business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset ensuring data quality and business value
- Team player with collaboration in multicultural settings
- English proficiency
