Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Ledger Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals and support the delivery of accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team accounting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounts to ensure compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.
- Perform financial statement reviews, balance sheet and P&L; fluctuation analysis, and support management reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive service excellence.
- Support SOX compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit activities.
- Manage fixed asset accounting processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to finance transformation projects and other strategic initiatives.
