Who we are

Clover is a Valencia-based e-bike subscription company: premium electric bikes, a monthly fee, and unlimited battery swaps so you never babysit a charger. We work out of our shop in Ayora, we're building a local community around sustainable urban mobility, and Valencia is just the start of a plan that covers Europe. We don't own a single bike, either. Ask us how on day one.

The gig

We're hiring a Marketing & Content Creation Intern to help with day-to-day marketing and community growth. It's unpaid, and we'd rather say so up front. In return you get a hands-on learning experience inside a real startup, working directly with the Clover team on social media, grassroots marketing, customer engagement and retail growth.

How we'll know it's working

- Consistent, on-brand Instagram content (not panicked posts at 23:58)
- More engagement and visibility across our socials
- Local outreach that brings in qualified leads
- A shop people actually want to walk into

All of it feeds straight into Clover's marketing and subscription growth in Valencia.

What you'll do

- Plan and create Instagram posts, Reels and Stories, with supervision so the brand stays the brand
- Shoot photos and video in the shop and around Valencia
- Monitor engagement, help reply to the community and track basic metrics




- Help customers in the shop and keep it professional and welcoming (everyone works the shop floor here, founders included)
- Support lead capture and follow-up
- Flyer expat schools, coworking spaces, cafés and community hubs (comfortable shoes recommended)
- Research local partnerships and collaborations
- Help with small events, community activations and whatever campaign we dream up next

You're our person if you're

- Comfortable riding an ebike
- Studying Marketing, Communications, Business or something related
- Eligible to sign a formal internship agreement between your University/School with our company. (prácticas formativas no remuneradas).
- Speaking English at C1 , Spanish at native or C2 level, and French at B2 , with Arabic as a bonus (Valencia is a lot of people)
- Comfortable making short-form video and fluent in Instagram and basic digital marketing
- Good with people and confident talking to customers
- Organized enough to catch the caption typo before 2,000 people do
- Experienced with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
- Proactive, self-motivated, professional and reliable
- Based in Valencia and available in person, since flyering over Zoom remains unsolved
